“REI” rotation (5 months)
- Pelvic ultrasound including gynecologic ultrasound and sono-hysterography
- Hysterosalpingography
- Inpatient and outpatient consultation services
- Outpatient and inpatient REI surgeries, NOT including IVF procedures
“IVF” rotation (6 months)
- Outpatient care of patients undergoing IVF treatment
- Pelvic ultrasound; specifically monitoring IVF treatment
- Inpatient and outpatient onco-fertility consultations
- IVF procedures including egg retrievals and embryo transfers
- Intrauterine inseminations
Off-Service (1 month)
- Focused on men's health, Urology
- Continue to assist with REI surgeries
Year 2
12 months dedicated to research/thesis
- Opportunities for basic science and clinical projects
- Many opportunities for collaborations at various institutions throughout the UW network
