SIMULATION
Our fellowship program incorporates novel MFM procedural simulation for amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling and fetal shunt placement. Throughout all 3 years of fellowship, fellows participate in quarterly simulation training with MFM faculty.
CONFERENCES (LOCAL & NATIONAL)
Fellows participate in regular conferences as part of the fellowship educational program.

All fellows are excused from clinical services to attend the Society of Maternal Fetal Medicine Annual Meeting each year. We strongly encourage fellows to attend other national conferences that augment individual interests and career goals. In addition to the SMFM Annual Meeting, our fellows frequently attend and present their research at the Society of Reproductive Investigation and CREOG-APGO meetings.

COURSEWORK
Second year fellows will complete the NTQR Certification online course to complete certification in nuchal translucency ultrasounds.
We encourage all fellows to consider formal graduate course work that augments their individualized educational and career goals. Some examples of courses taken by prior fellows:
