Overview

The Training, Education, & Advocacy in Miscarriage Management project (TEAMM), is an interdisciplinary educational program that trains and support healthcare teams to integrate high quality, patient-centered early pregnancy loss services into their outpatient and emergency room settings. TEAMM uses a multi-faceted and systems approach: didactic, experiential, and hands-on learning for the entire care team. Since its founding in 2008 at the University of Washington, TEAMM has trained over 3000 people at nearly 100 clinical and academic sites in the United States. The project is led by OB/GYN Professor Sarah Prager.
