Overview
The Brighton Collaboration Global Alignment of Immunization Safety in Pregnancy (GAIA) project developed case definitions for the assessment of adverse events in mothers and infants following maternal immunization. This study evaluated the applicability of these definitions to data collected in routine clinical care and research trial records across 7 sites in high-resource settings.

Overview
Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitors synergize with topoisomerase inhibitors, and veliparib plus modified (m) FOLFIRI (no 5-FU bolus) had preliminary activity in metastatic pancreatic cancers (mPC). This study evaluated the safety and efficacy of second-line treatment with veliparib and mFOLFIRI vs FOLFIRI (control) for mPC.

Overview
We review our understanding of GBS disease pathogensis at the Maternal-Fetal interface with a focus on the bacterial virulence factors and host defenses that modulate the outcome of infection.
