Personal Interests:

I love spending time with my family, swimming and other water sports, and being outdoors.

Why did you decide to pursue a career in OB/GYN?

During my medical school training, I was lucky to be exposed to the field of gynecologic oncology and I knew from that moment on, becoming a gynecologic oncologist was my dream. I have been inspired by the women I have been privileged to care for since then. I enjoy sharing their journey, as difficult as it may be, through surgery and chemotherapy as well.  Through the triumphs and disappointments.

What are your favorite things about living in the Seattle area?

I am new to the Seattle area, after spending over a decade in Texas. I grew up on a small island in Florida and love being close to the water. My brother lives here and I am excited to be near family! We look forward to many outdoor adventures with our family here and exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Clinical Interests:

Surgery and chemotherapy for gynecologic cancers including ovarian, uterine, cervical, vulvar and vaginal cancers. This includes minimally invasive approaches such as laparoscopy and minimally invasive surgery.
