Dr. Washington is committed to partnering with her patients to diagnose, educate, and develop treatment plans that align with their priorities. Dr. Washington is specialized in the providing care for the range of pelvic floor disorders including urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and gynecologic fistula.
Why did you decide to pursue a career in OBGYN?
It is such a privilege to work in women’s healthcare and to partner with my patients to achieve their pelvic floor goals. I enjoy the opportunity to educate my patients about their condition and management options so that they may choose interventions that align with their needs and values.
What inspires you?
I find inspiration in a diversity of people, behaviors, and things. I feel inspired when I experience kindness, witness generosity, and observe the pursuit of excellence. Challenges motivate me.
