Why did you decide to pursue a career in OBGYN?
I enjoy the way my career allows me to develop longitudinal, meaningful relationships with patients and their families. It is a great responsibility and privilege to be with patients through some of their highest highs and lowest lows (and everywhere in between).
What inspires you?
Patients, colleagues, and fellow learners at all stages are constant sources of inspiration.
Complex family planning and abortion care.
Implementing trauma-informed care for patients and clinicians, improving access to sexual and reproductive health care.
