Biography

Tara Cardinal, CNM, ARNP, is a board certified Nurse Midwife who specializes in collaborative high risk pregnancy care.

Tara honors each individual as experts in their lives. As part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, she strives to meet those she serves where they are at, partnering with them to maximize their understanding of their health status, their options and engagement in their care to achieve their goals and the best outcomes possible.

Tara enjoys spending time in nature, learning, being with her family and caring for her pets and large house plant collection.

Why did you decide to pursue a career in OBGYN?

Supporting individuals in the myriad experiences of pregnancy, sexual and reproductive health care is an exceptional way to serve, empower and make an impact that can resonate across generations.
