Students will use the MyClinicalExchange web-based platform. This platform is for rotation requests, compliance, and scheduling clinical experiences. To visit myClincalExchange – please go to: https://www.myclinicalexchange.com/.
Logan Health facilities require students to fill out the background release authorization before rotating. Student will find the form typically from MCE (My Clinical Exchange). This form requires a school representative to sign. Please reach out to somcompl@uw.edu to get form signed.
Students will also need TB testing annually.
All onboarding paperwork needs to be returned 60 days prior to start. If paperwork is submitted late; your start may be delayed!
