Biography

Dr. Villarreal approaches care in a holistic sense, empowering women to make informed decisions about their own healthcare.

She loves reading and the outdoors. She enjoys spending her free time hiking and traveling with her partner and their rescue dog Batty.

Why did you decide to pursue a career in OBGYN?

To empower and help women to get the best possible care.

What do you like about working at UW Medicine?

I love the people I work with. We have a fantastic group of providers and our ancillary staff cannot be beat.

What are your favorite things about living in the Seattle area?

Being outside. I love hiking and taking my dog to new parks.

What inspires you?

My patients. Seeing what they can overcome reminds me of the resilience of the human spirit every day.
