Biography

Whitney Horner, MD, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist and fellowship-trained urogynecologist specializing in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Horner is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based solutions for women with pelvic floor disorders across their lifetime. She seeks to partner with her patients to find individualized treatment options that optimize their quality of life and get them back to the life they want to be living.

Dr. Horner's clinical expertise focuses on pelvic floor disorders including urinary incontinence, accidental bowel leakage, and pelvic organ prolapse across a women’s lifespan. She sees women after childbirth who are having difficulty with healing, after menopause when women often have worsening urinary or fecal incontinence or pelvic organ prolapse, or anytime they are having problems or concerns with their pelvic floor health. She offers both surgical and non-surgical treatment options. Surgical treatments include vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic approaches.

Dr. Horner enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time with her husband and two young girls.

Why did you decide to pursue a career in OBGYN?

Dr. Horner was drawn to taking care of women across their lifespan in many different ways, including the clinic and operating room.
