Housing/Contact:

  • PH has existing 4-bedroom house shared between UWSOM peds, neurology, and OB students: 2961 Plymouth Dr., Bellingham, WA 98225.
  • Lila Estrada is contact for OB student PH housing,
  • For TRUST/WRITE FCN housing, Stacey Erdahl will coordinate with FCN clinics and Teely Rogers.

Pre-arrival Requirements

Please complete 4-weeks prior to your start date.

1. Read the orientation manual.

2. Please submit to Teely Rogers the following forms.

3. Your school representative will sign off on the Student Attestation Checklist. 

4. Once PeaceHealth has received all forms you will be set up for computer access and badging.

Computer access

Gaining access to the PeaceHealth system access has 3 steps. An email will be sent for each step, be sure to check your junk/spam email folders at the appropriate times. Steps 1 & 3 are completed via links to the system which are only valid for a certain timeframe. Please complete each of these steps as soon as possible after you receive the email.

  • Step 1: 30 Days Prior to Start: You will receive a registration email. The link will expire 14 days after it is sent.
  • Step 2: 14 Days Prior to Start: Provisioning. You should receive a notification email that your account has been provisioned. This is only notification; there is nothing to do.
  • Step 3: 7 Days Prior to Start: You will receive an email to claim your account.  The link will expire 7 days after it is sent.

Badge and Keys

Your badge and key to the Sister's Residence can be picked up at the security office at St. Joseph Hospital.
