Biography

Alicia Scribner, MD is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist. Dr. Scribner served as a physician in the United States Army for 15 years and continues to serve as a member in the United States Army Reserves.

Dr. Scribner believes that the best outcomes result from patients and physicians working together as a team, following up-to-date evidence and guidelines. Her primary focus is finding solutions to improve patients' quality of life.

Dr. Scribner enjoys spending time outdoors in the Pacific Northwest (on her skis, on her paddle board and in her tent)!

Why did you decide to pursue a career in OBGYN?

After earning her Masters of Public Health and working with HIV positive patients, I wanted to be a voice and advocate for women's health and wellbeing.

What are your favorite things about living in the Seattle area?

I love Seattle: the outdoor spaces, the restaurants, the vibrant culture.

I am excited to work on a team with the best physicians in the nation and their commitment to research, advocacy and amplifying the voices of patients who have been historically marginalized.
