In my spare time, I like to run, sew, craft and read. Why did you decide to pursue a career in OB/GYN? I went to medical school with the intention of becoming a pediatrician. During my third year of medical school, I fell over heels with Obstetrics & Gynecology. I loved everything about the field; I love taking care of girls and women at some of the most sensitive and critical moments in their lives, I was fascinated by surgery and inspired by Labor and Delivery. As I progressed in my training, I was able to combine my passions and now have a focused practice in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology. What are your favorite things about living in the Seattle area? After having lived all over the world growing up, Seattle has been my home since 2001. I love getting to raise my family in this city. We go on adventures all over the city and especially love spending time outside at our lovely parks: Discovery, Carkeek, Woodland Park and Green Lake Park.
