Personal Interests:

Dr. Hwang enjoys classical music, foreign movies, golf, hiking and traveling.

Why did you decide to pursue a career in OB/GYN?

My passion in OB/GYN started early in my medical school training where I saw amazing development in technology and science in care for pregnant women, culminating in birth of healthy baby and mother. I am privileged to take care of two patients pair through pregnancy.

What do you like about working at UW Medicine?

UW Medicine system provides comprehensive network of experts whom I can draw and rely on to provide world-class medicine for my patients.

What are your favorite things about living in the Seattle area?

I love Seattle! The dynamic nature of the city on the move and everyone is so engaged in community and neighbors. Quality coffee tops it off!
